WAVING to OURSELVES

I’m sure you’ve seen all the posts everywhere that say love yourself, take care of yourself, and on and on –

Well, what does loving ourselves, taking care of ourselves, even look like?

Is it fun? Serious? Drudgery? Happy? Silly?

Does it mean gardening? Swimming? Drawing? Waving to friends? Going on adventures? Staying home and being a recluse?

I’m thinking Jack got off his beanstalk, got married and made a whole mess of silly kids. They pretty much stay in the beans, because it’s way more fun than out in our ‘real’ world!

And boy howdy, they know how to love themselves – and us!
