Bright and light to cheer you up for the spring time bloomy time!

Last year, they devoured the leaves on my redbud tree. Made little half-circle bites all around the edges. Pretty, but sad.

This year so far they haven’t appeared. Maybe my landlord’s spraying has killed them off.

I keep begging him to stop spraying – I had one bee all last year. One. Where there ought to have been hundreds!

We are killing our planet. It makes me so sad, so mad. I rant and rage and share posts and make phone calls and sign petitions – but once one thing is stopped, more pop up. It’s relentless.

Now it’s data centers. The weird thing is that they want to set the damn things up close to towns and in the best, most fertile farm land. What’s up with that?

So every chance I get, I make art that adds Happy and Beauty and Love to the mix. I think that’s what I was born to do.
