The Green Windows
Inspired by a beautiful photo of a little village in France by my friend, Jean-marc Pierres. Thank you JM!!! The minute I saw Jean-marc Pierre’s photo of this place in France, I had to paint it! I loved the green shutters on the windows, the cypress trees, the streaky pinky sky, and those golden-hued walls.
The Red Path
Sometimes I just ache to get out in the woods and kick up the gorgeous red leaves and indulge in the yellows, golds and orange colors.
Plaza de Espana
I saw the original photo of this bridge and couldn’t help but want to paint it – the paintings (mural? tiles? mosaics?} on the side of the bridge were so colorful and the light was so golden – I love it!
