Every night while we were
at dinner, the room attendents on board would create some weird
little animal out of our bath towels and leave them on one of
the beds - this monkey was the one he left on our last night
- and I placed three flowers I made out of tissue along its bottom
-
Our last day and night,
as we sailed to Fort Lauderdale all the way from Belize, it was
rainy and chilly. The wind was up, and there were ten to fifteen-foot
swells. I wish I'd had a way of getting a shot of what it looked
like out the porthole, with the bow-waves of the ship hitting
the swells - the waves of impact went out at least 100 feet,
huge things you could have easily surfed. It was awesome in the
dark looking out at the white spray and huge rips caused by the
energy of the ship moving. Scary, too, a bit - each time the
ship hit the waves just so, it wold shudder. I hardly slept a
wink that night.
I wish I hadn't lost the
shots of the other people on the cruise - I wanted to introduce
them to you. We had such a great time hanging out. I learned
a lot about the New Sun line, and am looking forward to letting
you in on some of the wonderful ways to use their products for
better digestion, weight-loss and weight control, arthritis,
and way more than I can think of right now. If you're curious
about it all, you can find their site here. When you order, tell 'em I sent you!.
Hope you've enjoyed these
