| This was a
house that topped the house that was marked the Southernmost
house on the island - it was the Southernmost Southernmost house!
And its luscious walkway - |

car parked at one of the gas stations - it had huge barnacles
on its side and all those dots of color are glass and plastic
mosaic tiles. |
| OK, now we're
on Cozumel - unfortunately my camera decided to either eat or
disgorge some of the pix I took of the port and the people in
our group, so what's left is all there is - This is one of the
oldest ruins on the island of Cozumel. Our guide was part Mayan. |
| Here is what
they call the White Road - it is the beginning of a 200 mile
stretch that was originally flat, paved road. The arch was the
beginning. They must have been really short, because I could
hardly stand under it. |
